The Accidental Rental Damage
Insurance Plan
What is the Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Plan (ARDI)?
ARDI is an insurance plan that provides coverage for accidental damages to your vacation rental property during a stay, and can be used either in lieu of, or in place of a refundable security deposit. Owners and Property Managers can now easily include this policy to every reservation using Check This Place Out's Vacation Rental Reservation Manager - absolutely free to the Owner/Manager.
|
Why purchase the ARDI plan?
- With ARDI, a renter no longer has to worry about putting up a large security deposit or worry about how much will be returned when they get home. In most cases, the owner will have even more protection than what the refundable deposit would even cover!
- Return home with vacation memories, not repair costs. When you include ARDI with your reservations, the cost and repair of covered accidental damage will be handled between the rental property and the insurance company.
- Stay balanced. The ARDI plan can save the renter from tying up their credit card with a hefty authorization while they are on vacation.
What does the ARDI plan cover?
- ARDI covers unintentional damage to the vacation rental property during the renters stay - up to $10,000 (depending on the policy that is purchased). Renters commonly use ARDI to cover things like carpet spills, furniture tears, broken lamps and more.
- Staying in a pet-friendly home? ARDI provides coverage for damage caused by pets!
What is not covered by the ARDI plan?
- Intentional property damage.
- Pet damage in non-pet friendly vacation homes.
- Please see the Description of Coverage for full terms and conditions (click here to view a policy).
